Libby Reasbeck is the Senior Government & External Affairs Manager for Form Energy in West Virginia, a role she began in August 2023. She leads the company’s government relations and external engagement efforts across the state, with a focus on advancing energy innovation, community partnerships, and economic development.
Prior to joining Form Energy, Libby spent seven years serving Rep. David McKinley in what was then West Virginia’s 1st Congressional District, representing the northernmost 20 counties of the state. With a strong emphasis on energy and economic development, she traveled extensively throughout the district—working directly with manufacturers, energy providers, and businesses to identify shared challenges and support legislative solutions.
Libby has experience across the private, government, and nonprofit sectors and has served on numerous boards and committees in the Wheeling area, contributing to regional development and community advancement.
