Markee Schindler is the Manager of Talent and Community Relations at Nucor Steel West Virginia.
She joined Nucor in 2022 as Talent and Community Relations Supervisor and quickly advanced into her current leadership role.
Before joining Nucor, Markee served as Manager of Business Development for the West Virginia Department of Economic Development, where she helped support statewide growth, business recruitment, and workforce initiatives.
Markee earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from West Virginia University. A proud West Virginia native, she and her husband, Kurt, are the proud parents of their daughter, Nora.
