With nearly two decades of experience in technical and operational leadership roles within the metals manufacturing sector, Aaron Valentine serves as the Director of Operations for TIMET’s newest titanium melting facility in Millwood, West Virginia. In this role, Aaron is a key member of the TIMET leadership team, responsible for overseeing the construction, commissioning, and transition of the site into full active operation. He also leads the facility’s recruitment and training strategy, ensuring a highly skilled workforce is in place from day one.
A lifelong West Virginian, Aaron is deeply committed to advancing high-tech manufacturing opportunities across the state. He is passionate about building and retaining manufacturing capacity in West Virginia and preparing future generations to enter and excel in the manufacturing workforce.
Aaron resides in Fayette County with his wife and children, where they remain actively engaged in their community. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Ocean & Aerospace Engineering, along with multiple technical certifications in metallurgy, reliability, continuous improvement, and leadership. He also serves on the board of Explore: the New Manufacturing and has contributed to several college advisory and supervisory boards.
