Chuck Oldaker is a seasoned executive with more than three decades of experience in financial leadership, business strategy, and organizational development. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Strategic Advisor to the President at Service Wire Company, where he plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term strategic direction and enhancing enterprise value in partnership with ownership and senior leadership.
Chuck began his career in public accounting, spending nearly a decade at Hayflich CPAs as Vice President of Audit and Business Taxation. During his tenure, he led complex audit, taxation, and consulting engagements for prominent privately held companies, with a strong emphasis on the wholesale distribution and manufacturing sectors.
In 2002, Chuck joined Service Wire Company, where he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for more than 22 years. In this role, he oversaw finance, accounting, credit, human resources, information technology, sales, and operations across multiple locations, including Culloden, WV; Houston, TX; and Phoenix, AZ. His leadership was instrumental in scaling the company’s national and international footprint, driving significant revenue growth and expanding brand recognition.
Chuck earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Marshall University and holds professional credentials as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
Deeply committed to education and community service, Chuck serves on the Board of Education for the Chesapeake Union Exempted Village School District, is President of the Lawrence County Joint Vocational School Board, and is a member of the Marshall University Lewis College of Business Advisory Board.
Outside of his professional work, Chuck and his wife, Stacy, enjoy traveling and spending time with their five children, who live across Texas, Iowa, West Virginia, and Ohio.
