Josh has been with the Regional Economic Development Partnership (RED) for 20 years, becoming President / CEO in January 2021. Throughout his tenure, RED has collaborated extensively with both domestic and international companies to support and expand operations, while also working closely with corporations and consultants considering significant investments in northern West Virginia. In his current role, Josh has focused on strengthening statewide and multi-regional partnerships, advocating for economic sectors such as financial services, aviation, back-office operations, healthcare, energy, and manufacturing.
RED takes pride in its strong relationships with federal, state, and local officials, as well as its partnerships with the West Virginia Department of Economic Development. The organization values building connections with those who choose to invest in and work for the betterment of West Virginia.
Josh serves on the Board of Directors for several key organizations, including WVU Medicine Reynolds Memorial Hospital, WVU Medicine Wheeling Hospital, and Easter Seals Rehabilitation.
A graduate of West Virginia University, Josh resides in Wheeling, WV with his family.
