Patrick Winkelman

Patrick Winkelman is 25-year employee of Procter & Gamble who has worked at their Berkeley County, WV plant for the past 6 years. He has enjoyed a diverse career with roles in operations, plant and global engineering, technical and facilities management, and is now the site Health, Safety, and Environmental Director. His job has allowed him to work in many countries in Europe and most recently, China. Patrick is a board member of the WVMA, the James Rumsey Business Advisory Board, Parish Council President for his local parish, and is a graduate of the Leadership WV Class of 2023. Patrick grew up in Jefferson City, Missouri and received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri School of Science and Technology.

Patrick is married to his beautiful bride Shannon, who is the site Administrator and External Relations Liaison for Procter & Gamble in Berkeley County. They have 4 adult children and are looking forward to the birth of their first grandchild in 2024. Shannon and Patrick enjoy traveling, volunteering in the local community, and the outdoors.
