Joseph Hatton

Joseph Hatton has over thirty years of experience assisting farmers in the soil and water conservation field. Hatton also has assisted with policy development at the state and national level for the Farm Bureau. Moreover, he has also been active in the Farm Bureau’s Young Farmer and Rancher Program. Hatton earned a BS in Agricultural Resource Management and a MS in Agricultural Economics from West Virginia University’s Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design. He also possesses technical certifications from the American Society of Agronomy and the American Forage and Grassland Council providing him with science-based insights concerning the many issues facing West Virginia’s agriculture industry.
